Where's my envelope?
Snail mail doesn't come with a tracking number — that's part of the charm. Instead, we update every order's journey by hand at each step. Enter your order number (it's in your confirmation email, like DMC-0042).
Can't find your order number, or has it been more than 10 days? Write to hello@desimailclub.com — the Moru Promise covers the journey too: if it never shows up, we'll mail a fresh pack or refund you, your choice.
